- In the Parts Department at PrairieLand, we’re looking for goal-oriented people who are excited to grow their careers. You don’t need lots of experience at the outset, but you will need to be independent, happy to engage with our customers, and ready to dive in and learn.
Skills You'll Need
As you grow in the company, you’ll come to know customers as friends and become their go-to person to solve urgent repair issues. Our parts superstars have good financial knowledge, can quickly identify parts both in the stock room and across the PrairieLand/John Deere network, and deliver a “wow” to customers with speedy, friendly service.
