Skills You'll Need

Our Technology Department requires both the knowledge of a technology expert and the people skills of a customer service representative. When you start in the Technology Department, you’ll monitor alerts and diagnose problems, then determine the work that needs to be done. As you advance, you’ll develop strong relationships with clients and work to quickly solve any equipment-related problems.
