Support Call Center
Here at Prairieland Partners, we take pride in the high level of support we provide for our customers and their GreenStar equipment. It is our goal to keep you running in the field with as little downtime and frustration as possible. We have done this with a strong IS Team and their availability. As we are always looking to improve and better support you and your needs, we are excited to announce that we now have a direct line to our IS technical support staff.
The IS Support Team will now be immediately available. No need to play phone tag with a cell phone number or even call a Prairieland Partners location, leave a message, and wait for someone to call you back. With our new direct hotline phone number, you will be directed straight to one of our IS Support Team who are dedicated to answering your support calls and handling your remote support needs. This team will also track Diagnostic Trouble Codes on your JDLink machines and work with the appropriate service department to respond to the equipment that needs attention in a more proactive manner.
Here is how to get started.
- Call the support number 620-860-4945 to sign up. If all of the advisors are busy at the time of your call you can leave a message that will be sent to every advisor so you will be contacted by the next available Precision Ag team member.
- Download the AgriSync app and select PrairieLand Partners as a trusted advisor
- When you have an issue, contact us by calling the support line number or through the AgriSync app.
