PHOTO CONTEST RULES AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for taking an interest in submitting your photograph for our photo contest! We are looking for John Deere equipment photos from our customers and the multitude of ways you use John Deere Equipment year-round. From planting to harvest, hay to snow, and everything in between we want to see your photos.
Submit your photos below for a chance to be featured in our 2026 PLP Calendar!


Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Those employed by PrairieLand Partners John Deere are not eligible to enter.


HOW TO ENTER

You may submit your photos in the form link below. When submitting your photos, please include your name, email address, and where your photos were taken. Make sure your photographs are in a JPEG format with a resolution of 300 dpi or above. Entries are due by the end of each month.


WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

By the end of the following month, PrairieLand Partners John Deere shall notify the winner of his or her selection for the previous month. The notification shall be by e-mail and/or telephone. At that time, we may request more information.


PRIZE 

  • PrairieLand Partners Gift Card to be used at any of our locations.
  • The winning photo will be shared on our social media accounts.
  • Your photograph will be featured in the 2026 PrairieLand Partners John Deere Calendar for the month your photo was taken in.

PHOTO RELEASE

By submitting your entry, you give PrairieLand Partners the right to use and re-use the photographs for publishing, illustration, advertising, trade and promotion, or any other use in any medium for any purpose, without restriction as to changes or alterations to the photographs. You are giving this release in consideration for entry in PrairieLand Partners’ monthly photo contest. You release PrairieLand Partners from any claims and demands arising out of the use or re-use of the photographs, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, or accrued or not accrued on the date of your submission. You agree that you have the full right and authority, either as owner or as an agent of the owner, to submit the photographs and grant the rights to PrairieLand Partners set out in this release. This release also covers your legal representatives and any licensees of tSubmit Photohese photographs. You understand that photographs will be, without payment and further approval from you, copyrighted in the name of PrairieLand Partners and may be used in conjunction with other photographs, as part of a publication, or on social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before making this submission; you have read this release and understand its contents; and if requested, you agree to execute additional releases if necessary.
