It is our goal to keep you running in the field with as little downtime and frustration as possible. We have done this with a strong Precision Ag Team and their availability. As we are always looking to improve and better support you and your needs, we are excited to announce that we now have a direct line to our Precision Ag technical support staff.
The Precision Ag Team will now be immediately available. No need to play phone tag with a cell phone number or even call a PrairieLand location, leave a message, and wait for someone to call you back. With our new direct hotline phone number, you will be directed straight to one of our Precision Ag Support Team members who are dedicated to answering your support calls and handling your remote support needs. This team will also track Diagnostic Trouble Codes on your JDLink machines and work with the appropriate service department to respond to the equipment that needs attention in a more proactive manner.
PrairieLand Partners recognizes the relationship of your equipment and your agronomy of the farm, therefore we offer several agronomic services. We also have a Precision Ag Agronomy Team that will be taking ownership of the agronomic services that we offer. Our Precision Ag team can provide an unbiased full-service fertility plan including soil sampling, prescriptions, and yield analysis.

JDLink extends remote support capabilities to all machines equipped with a GreenStar 3 2630 Display.
By utilizing the JDLink infrastructure John Deere Remote Display Access enables farm managers and dealers to remotely assist operators with machine setup, setting adjustments and operation – like being virtually in the cab. This means: faster service, maximized machine uptime.
