PrairieLand Partners LLC to Acquire O’Malley Equipment Company

Prairieland Partners, LLC has entered an agreement to purchase O'Malley Equipment Company pending John Deere approval. The acquisition will further solidify Prairieland Partners commitment to the agriculture industry and aligns with John Deere's strategy of dealership scale that is needed to meet the specialized needs of customers now and into the future. Once the acquisition is complete PrairieLand Partners, LLC will employ over 400 people and have John Deere market responsibilities in 48 counties throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in June of 2019.
